Welcome to Old Town Family Medical Clinic in Old Town Eureka, a modern medical practice focused on providing personalized one-on-one healthcare through an approach that combines traditional health insurance with an affordable monthly membership.

These are among the services patients value most, yet they are those least supported by today's healthcare system.

My personal commitment is to take the time to listen carefully, examine thoughtfully, explain clearly, and provide high quality treatment plans that will work within the larger context of your life. Communication is always available, and follow-up is provided when you need it. When you have a question or concern, you can call or text me directly, day or night, seven days a week, and I will personally respond.

This practice does this by combining traditional health insurance with an affordable monthly membership. The membership is designed to complement, not replace, your health insurance. Your insurance is used for covered medical benefits, while your membership supports a smaller more personalized patient panel with direct and unlimited access to your physician.

Some call this “concierge medicine”. I call it “Direct Care For All” because I believe every patient deserves affordable, accessible healthcare from a physician they know and trust.

These qualities shouldn't be considered luxuries. They should simply be part of good medicine.
